Taxidermists and outfitters/PHs are at the heart of every trophy shipment. We work with you as partners to get your clients’ trophies home safely, with the paperwork done right first time.
Why work with us

- Care for every trophy. Each crate is checked in, measured and weighed at our Benoni warehouse.
How crating, collection and paperwork work
- Crating. We custom-build crates at your premises, or collect crates you have built. Crates are packed to IPPC / ISPM 15 standards.
- Collection. We collect from anywhere in South Africa. Collection is charged separately, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- Permits. We handle the TOPS, CITES, veterinary and provincial permits needed to move trophies from your premises to our warehouse and to export them. The hunting permits, the PH hunting register and the related hunting approvals stay with the hunter and the outfitter or PH.
- Formal quote. Once the crates are checked in, measured and weighed, we send the client a formal quote within 48 hours.
Partner Estimator
Partners can use the Partner Estimator to give clients an early idea of the shipping cost.
Estimates use estimated crate sizes and weights, so they are a guide only. The formal quote follows check-in at our warehouse, using the actual measurements and weights, and may differ from the estimate.
